We offer Rent-To-Own on all sheds, cabins, garages, and greenhouses within our free delivery area. Animal structures, floorless buildings, and cabins used as a primary residence are not eligible for Rent-To-Own.
Chicken Coops, Loafing Sheds, and Tack Sheds are not eligible for Rent-To-Own.
All structures are built in the plant and delivered fully assembled.
Absolutely! We are happy to do a site visit to make sure a shed can be delivered to your backyard! Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Yes! You can order your shed, cabin, or garage without a floor and have it placed on your new concrete slab. Floorless models are not eligible for Rent-To-Own.
Units that are availible at our sales lots can be delivered within 2 weeks weather permitting. Customer orders can be delivered in 5-6 weeks.
All structures include free delivery for the first 50 miles from our sales lots! Contact us for a delivery quote beyond 50 miles.
Depends. It is your responsibility to secure any building permits that may be needed. Please check your local regulations before purchasing a shed or grain bin gazebo
Absolutely! All painted sheds, cabins, and garages can have the painted siding match the color of your existing buildings for an additional fee. You must present the applicable paint color codes when placing the order for you building.
You’re at the right place! You can choose a shingle roof and vinyl siding for most of our structures.
Glad you asked! Your local city, municipality, or county may require a concrete pad so check with them for applicable codes. We do not require concrete pads for sheds however we strongly recommend them for cabins. A gravel pad of 6-8″ is generally sufficient for most sheds and garages. Still not sure? Give us a call!
All grain bin gazebo kits are sold with steel posts to help withstand higher wind speeds.
