Heavy Duty 3/4" Floors
All of our portable sheds come standard with PerformMAX, a 3/4″ Tongue and Groove moisture resistant floor that comes with a 25 Year Warranty! Each portable building has floor joists every 16″ that are pressure treated. You’ll never be charged extra for this feature!
Roofing Underlayment
Every portable building comes outfitted with a roofing underlayment! This is applied before the roofing process begins. We’ll never charge you extra for this feature, it’s included!
Standard Wall Framing
Each storage shed comes with standard wall framing ensuring a lifetime of use. Features include- Studs 16″ On Center, Double Top Plate, and a Double Stud every 4′.
7 Year Workmanship Warranty
All portable sheds from Mid-America Structures come with a 7 Year Workmanship Warranty! That’s right, if you experience an issue with your portable building that is due to a workmanship error they will repair it at no cost to you!

We offer free delivery for custom ordered prebuilt sheds within most of our service area!

Floorless Prefab Sheds
One of the unique options that Mid-America Structures offers is the ability to order your shed without a floor! This allows you to place it on your (new) concrete pad and eliminate the step up into the shed. The delivery crew will anchor it down for you after it is set on your pad.
Mid-America Structures is not responsible for uneven slabs and cracks under the wall, therefore it is your responsibility to seal under the wall. We recommend using a good caulk around the perimeter after it is set.
Building and delivering a floorless prefab shed does require more work and effort for the crew. Because of this floorless sheds are priced the same as standard floor models.
