Paul built a new home in Lincoln, Nebraska and needed backyard storage sorted from the start.
A 10×12 Lofted Utility Shed built floorless and anchored directly to his existing concrete slab gave him a stable, permanent setup without the cost of a new foundation. White LP SmartSide, black trim, black windows, and a black metal roof give it a clean, high-contrast look that complements a new residential property. Gable overhangs add a finished architectural touch that sets it above a basic storage box. Double doors with transoms bring in natural light and make access easy. Overhead lofts put vertical space to work so the small footprint delivers more storage than it looks like it should. Creative Backyards helped him find the right fit and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Paul now has 120 square feet of organized, good-looking storage in Lincoln, Nebraska anchored and ready to go.
