A floorless 10×16 Villa shed delivered and anchored to his concrete pad gave him a stable, durable setup without the cost of an additional foundation. White painted siding, black trim, and a black metal roof give it a clean, contrasted look that works well in a residential backyard. An 8-foot roof dormer adds headroom and architectural character that sets the Villa apart from a standard box shed. Mid-America Structures built and delivered it.
