Sandy needed additional storage in her Papillion, Nebraska backyard and wanted a building with enough personality to complement her property.
A 12×16 Lofted Barn in white LP SmartSide, white trim, and a burnished slate metal roof gives it a clean, classic foundation to build from. Red shutters and double shed doors painted red add a bold pop of color that brings the exterior to life. Taupe painted wainscoting grounds the base and adds a layered, finished detail that sets it apart from a standard barn. The loft puts overhead space to work so the main floor stays open and accessible. Creative Backyards worked through the custom details and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Sandy now has 192 square feet of charming, organized storage in Papillion, Nebraska that looks like it was designed for the property.
