12×16 Utility Shed in Beatrice Nebraska
Shed Project by Creative Backyards
Shawn had a concrete slab sitting in his Beatrice, Nebraska backyard and belongings that needed a home. The foundation was already done.
A 12×16 utility shed anchored directly to the existing slab made the most of what was already there. All white painted siding and white metal roof give it a clean, intentional look in the backyard. A 6×7 roll-up door makes loading and unloading straightforward, and transom windows bring in enough natural light to actually see what you’re working with. Creative Backyards worked through the details and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it to Beatrice, Nebraska. Shawn now has 192 square feet of organized storage sitting right where that slab was waiting.
