Jerry and Liz Sand needed a place that was just for Liz. Somewhere she could close the door, spread out her supplies, and do the work she loves without the house getting in the way.
Their 12×20 lofted cabin in Nebraska was built by Mid-America Structures and finished in white painted siding with black trim and a black metal roof. Four windows bring in steady natural light throughout the day, and dual lofts front and back handle storage without crowding the main floor. The 4-foot covered porch gives the whole building a welcoming entry that feels considered rather than tacked on. Liz handled the interior herself, and the finished crafting space reflects exactly who she is.
Jerry and Liz have been with us since 2022. Getting to keep showing up for customers like them is something we don’t take for granted.
