Chad had a Lincoln backyard with potential and a storage situation that wasn’t keeping up with it. A 12×20 lofted garden shed fixed both problems at once.

This portable shed in Nebraska was built by Mid-America Structures and finished in white LP SmartSide siding with charcoal wainscoting and a charcoal metal roof. The color blocking is sharp and modern without being loud. Black windows and double doors with transoms push the exterior detail further than most storage buildings bother to go, and it works. Dual lofts make the most of the vertical space inside, stretching 240 square feet well beyond what it sounds like on paper.
