Tammie’s ducks in Plattsmouth, Nebraska needed a proper home. What they got was one of the sharpest looking buildings on the property.

This 12×20 Villa in Nebraska was built by Mid-America Structures and finished in white painted siding with black trim and a black metal roof. The look is clean and deliberate without being fussy. Double doors with transoms make daily flock care straightforward while pulling in natural light, and two windows add ventilation and a little cottage character. An 8-foot roof dormer improves airflow and gives the roofline something worth noticing. Dual lofts on each end handle feed, bedding, and supplies without eating into the main floor space.

Tammie brought a vision that had real care behind it. Getting to build something that matched it was the best kind of workday.
