Allyssa needed a home office in Omaha, Nebraska that felt separate from the house without leaving the property.
A 12×20 Villa Shed built floorless and anchored to her existing concrete pad gave her a permanent, stable foundation without the cost of starting from scratch. LP SmartSide custom painted to match her home, white trim, and a burnished slate metal roof make it look like it was always part of the property. A roof dormer adds headroom and exterior character that sets the Villa apart. Insulated windows keep the interior comfortable year-round so it works as a real office, not just a shed with a desk in it. A 36-inch residential door and double shed doors give her flexible access in and out. Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Allyssa now has 240 square feet of dedicated office space in Omaha, Nebraska that is entirely her own.
