12×24 Lofted Utility Shed in Greenwood Nebraska
Shed Project by Creative Backyards
Chantelle’s crafting business in Greenwood, Nebraska had outgrown the space she had. She needed a dedicated building where the work could actually happen.
A 12×24 Lofted Utility gave her the room and the organization to make it work. Khaki painted siding and a burnished slate metal roof give it a warm, understated look that sits naturally in a residential setting. Black windows sharpen up the exterior details without overdoing it. A workbench and pegboard at the back give her a dedicated workspace where tools and supplies stay organized and within reach. Dual lofts keep inventory and seasonal materials overhead so the main floor stays clear for the work at hand. Creative Backyards worked through the details and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Chantelle now has 288 square feet of purpose-built crafting and storage space in Greenwood, Nebraska built around her business.
Chantelle also has a 14×36 Lofted Cabin where she does all her crafting work!
