Jon needed extra storage at his Lake Waconda property near Union, Nebraska. Lake life comes with a lot of gear.
A 12×24 Villa Shed in ash gray LP SmartSide, charcoal trim, and a burgundy metal roof gives it a distinctive, polished look that stands out on a lakeside property. An 8-foot roof dormer adds headroom and architectural character that sets the Villa well apart from a standard storage shed. Black frame windows keep the exterior sharp and consistent. A 36-inch residential entry door and double doors with transoms give him flexible access for whatever he needs to move in and out. Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Jon now has 288 square feet of organized, accessible storage right at the lake.
