Danny needed more storage in his Hays, Kansas backyard and wasn’t willing to settle for something that looked like an afterthought.
A 12×24 Villa Shed in white LP SmartSide, charcoal trim, charcoal wainscoting, and a charcoal metal roof gave him a clean, polished look that enhances the backyard rather than cluttering it. An 8-foot roof dormer adds headroom and architectural character that makes the Villa stand out from a standard storage shed. Black frame windows tie the exterior details together and keep the aesthetic sharp throughout. Creative Backyards worked through the details and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Danny now has 288 square feet of functional, well-designed storage in Hays, Kansas that earns its place in the backyard.
