Whitney and her husband needed serious storage on their rural Lincoln, Nebraska property and wanted a building that looked the part.
A 12×24 Villa shed in all black LP SmartSide and black metal roof delivers a sharp, cohesive look that holds its own on a rural property. A roof dormer and gable overhangs add architectural detail that sets the Villa well apart from a standard storage shed. Black frame windows keep the exterior consistent throughout. Double doors with transoms bring in natural light and make access easy for larger items. Inside, a built-in workbench and pegboard keep tools organized and off the floor. An aluminum ramp kit makes rolling equipment in and out straightforward. Creative Backyards worked through the details and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Whitney and her husband now have 288 square feet of functional, well-organized storage in Lincoln, Nebraska built to impress.
