Tucker needed solid, well-organized storage on his property near Randolph, Iowa and wanted a building worth looking at.

A 12×24 Villa shed gave him both. White painted siding, charcoal trim, charcoal wainscoting, and a charcoal metal roof give it a clean, modern contrast that holds its own on a rural Iowa property. An 8-foot roof dormer adds headroom and character inside and out. Black frame windows sharpen up the exterior details. A built-in workbench gives him a dedicated workspace inside, and dual access with a 36-inch shed door and a 72-inch set of double doors with transoms keeps the layout flexible. Creative Backyards worked through the spec and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Tucker now has 288 square feet of functional, good-looking storage near Randolph, Iowa that works as hard as the property it sits on.
