Brittany needed a home office in Cedar Creek, Nebraska that felt like a real workspace, not just a repurposed corner of the house.
A 12×28 Villa gave her the square footage and the finish to make it work. White LP SmartSide, hunter green trim, and a hunter green metal roof give it a warm, polished look that feels intentional in the backyard. An 8-foot roof dormer adds headroom and architectural character that sets the Villa well apart from a standard backyard building. Black insulated windows keep the interior comfortable and climate controlled year-round. Spray foam under the floor adds another layer of insulation so the workspace stays usable through every Nebraska season. A built-in workbench with pegboard keeps supplies organized and off the floor.
