Brian needed backyard storage in Pacific Junction, Iowa and wanted a building with enough spec and finish to do the job right.

A 14×24 Lofted Utility Shed built floorless and anchored directly to his existing concrete slab gave him a stable, permanent foundation without the cost of starting from scratch. Taupe LP SmartSide, burnished slate trim, and a burnished slate metal roof give it a warm, coordinated look that complements a residential property. House wrap adds a layer of weather resistance that goes beyond standard construction. Black insulated windows keep the interior comfortable and climate controlled. A built-in workbench and pegboard keep tools organized and within reach so the space works as well for projects as it does for storage. The loft puts overhead space to work so the main floor stays open and functional. Creative Backyards worked through the details and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Brian now has 336 square feet of well-built, well-organized storage in Pacific Junction, Iowa anchored and ready to go.
