Beth needed a building on her pumpkin patch farm in Nebraska that could keep up with her operation and look good doing it.

A 14×28 Villa gave her the space and the style she was after. White LP SmartSide, charcoal trim, charcoal wainscoting, and a black metal roof give it a sharp, high-contrast look that adds to the charm of the farm rather than just sitting in it. An 8-foot roof dormer adds headroom and architectural character that sets it apart. Black windows keep the exterior details consistent throughout. Overhead lofts make use of vertical space so the main floor stays clear for farm operations. A single shed door, double shed doors, and a small dedicated door for the goats give the building the kind of flexible access a working farm actually needs. Creative Backyards worked through every detail and Mid-America Structures built and delivered it. Beth now has 392 square feet of hardworking, good-looking space in Gurley, Nebraska built around her farm.
