Laura and her husband in Lincoln needed storage that could keep up with real life without clashing with the home they’d already put work into. A 16×20 lofted utility shed handled both.
This portable shed in Nebraska was built by Mid-America Structures and finished in white LP SmartSide siding and trim with a Burnished Slate metal roof. The combination is clean and straightforward in a way that complements a residential property without drawing attention away from it. At 320 square feet, there’s genuine room to work with, and dual lofts on each gable end stretch the usable space further without adding to the footprint. It’s a build that doesn’t waste an inch.
