Loren and Pam wanted their property on the outskirts of Omaha to work harder for them. A small detached garage was the answer, but it had to look like it belonged.

Their 16×24 Legacy Garage from Mid-America Structures does exactly that. The siding was painted to match their home, so the building reads as part of the property, not an afterthought. Black metal roof, black trim, and a 9×7 overhead garage door with glass panels keep the exterior clean and intentional. The 8-foot roof dormer brings in natural light and gives the roofline real presence. A 36-inch residential entry door makes everyday access easy. Loren chose a floorless model, anchored by Mid-America Structures directly to his existing concrete pad. Creative Backyards handled the design process. They now have a garage that functions well and looks like it was always meant to be there.
