Jeff had a recreational property near Cook, Nebraska that needed a reliable structure to make it worth staying at. A 16×40 portable cabin gave it exactly that.
This portable cabin in Nebraska was finished in Burnished Slate metal siding with black trim and a black metal roof. The combination is sharp and holds up against Nebraska weather without asking for much maintenance in return. Insulated windows and spray foam insulation under the roof deck make the space genuinely usable in every season, not just the mild ones. Jeff had a concrete slab already in place, so we built without a floor and anchored directly to it, a cleaner result that made good use of the prep work he had already done.
Jeff had a vision for his land and trusted us to build something worthy of it. That kind of project is easy to show up for.
