My experience with Creative Backyards / Mid-America Structures was positive from start to finish and I would recommend them to everyone. From the moment I first stepped foot on their display lot near Beaver Lake, Plattsmouth, NE I was impressed. That day the office was closed but there was a gentleman unloading two new sheds from a flatbed truck. He approached me and explained Jerald Rhodes was on vacation and would be back the next week, but to feel free to walk around and look at the sheds on display. My next visit was with a friend from out-of-state. I wanted his opinion of the quality of the sheds. He was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the variety available. We spoke with Jerald that day. Jerald was very informative and friendly but not at all pushy. When I later went back to order my shed, Jerald was again informative and helpful in my decision making. All through the process I was kept informed. Jerald also gave me Fred Halterman’s name as a possible cement contractor to install my pad. Subsequent conversations and a visit to the site were 100% satisfactory. I hired Fed to install two cement pads and was extremely pleased with his crew and their work ethic. He completed the work well within the time frame I had, with plenty of cure time for the shed pad. When Wendell Yoder called to schedule the delivery time for the shed, he assured me the pad had plenty of time to cure. Derrick Martin was my delivery man and called to alert me he was on the way and an estimated arrival time. Derrick had a challenge with the lay of the land but he was an expert in moving and placing the shed. I am extremely pleased with every one and every step of the process and would recommend Creative Backyards to anyone considering a garden shed, chicken coop, garage or any like building.
